Sometimes you just need a break.

I love my business. I love invoices, organization and checking off my ever growing to-do list. I think sometimes that I love my job too much and I forget to turn it off, sit back and relax. So today I am doing just that. I have some fabric that I have been meaning to create something funky with. Maybe some fresh new curtains for the kitchen or a new table runner? I also have been craving a good book and I just can’t put down, LOVE THE ONE YOU’RE WITH by Emily Giffin. If you haven’t read any of her books, I highly encourage you to check out one of four that she has out at your local library. Seriously good, stay up all night because I can’t put you down, books. She has an incredible way of writing and making you feel like you could be a character in the book. I just love her!! I was just at the library today and I picked up BABY PROOF and I can’t wait to start it tonight. Anyone else have any good books they can reccomend?

So here is to taking the afternoon off, not checking email, not finishing one more thing on my to-do list. Just- relaxing. Happy Tuesday! Here is a sneak peek of my soon to be curtians and/or throw pillows for the couch.
