Stephanie’s Portrait Session

Stephanie and I first met while working at Life-Touch. You know, the school picture people? Yeah, that was us. Day after day, we loaded our cars at 5:00am with huge, bulky equipment and would then drive, sometimes up to two hours to get to our school, set up to start taking pictures of hundreds of students in one day. Not too glamorous. Actually, it was pretty brutal. So the day that I was able to call in and QUIT, well,  I felt like broadcasting it across America. I was that happy. Yesterday was kinda a full circle moment for me. See, when I was at the schools taking pictures of all the students, all I wanted to do was be on the other side, away from any school and photograph what I love to photograph. Screaming kids and moody teenagers weren’t my cup of tea. So when Stephanie contacted me to do a portrait session for her, I was thrilled! Stephanie has gone on to really make a name for herself in Peachtree City and business is booming for her. She wants to do a complete makeover for her business and wanted to start with an official portrait session featuring herself as, well, herself. She is an incredible photographer and I am truly inspired by her and how she lives her life. The world is a better place with her in it.

Board 1I love when clients bring props of any sort. Ecspecially when they brings things that they love, things that help represent who they are and that makes them happy. I was so excited to see this antique camera that Stephanie brought. It’s a fun way to add character and bring your personality into the photos.Board 2
