So a few weeks ago I posted a little preview of Vanessa & Andrew’s wedding. This was such a great wedding and although it was cold, rainy and even snowing outside, the day couldn’t have been better.
Vanessa was beyond excited to be marrying Andrew and it was evident to anyone that was in the same room with her. She made us all smile, laugh and to truly KNOW what love was. I was so honored to have been there to document their journey. I really do have the greatest job in the world.

The incredibly gorgeous and glowing, Vanessa.

And introducing, Andrew

Vanessa was so excited about doing this picture and I think it came out just right
Vanessa & Andrew were married at First United Methodist Church in Marietta. Like I said in my other blog post, this was a moment that I will remember for as long as I am a photographer. I practically BEGGED Vanessa to do a First Look. I thought I had her convinced but then she said she just couldn’t do it and that she wanted to have that ‘moment’ with Andrew when she walked down the isle. I have to say that her reaction really made it worth it. I seriously have never seen a bride SO EXCITED to walk down that isle. She was crying, her dad was choked up and I had eyes full of tears. All for her and ‘that moment.’

We spent most of the time inside since it was, ohh- about 28 degrees outside AND the wind was blowing. I love the lobby of this church.
We were only outside for a few minutes before heading on to the reception. I just had to throw this one in of Jette doin’ her thang…
The reception was at Brookstone Country Club.
LOVE this one…
And the rings. I couldn’t decide my favorite so here you go…
I have to also thank Dave Henderson of Jammin’ D.J’s for an awesome night of entertainment. I tell all of my couples about him and was so excited that Vanessa & Andrew hired him for their wedding!
