It all started a few years ago with Casey and Chris. I photographed their engagement and then their wedding. This is where I was introduced to Casey’s sister, Carly. Now it was her turn, today she was getting married.
Carly and Aaron stole my heart from the start. Their genuine love for each other was contagious. When they were near each other, you just felt it. They have known each other for years and it wasn’t until after high school that something clicked and they decided to give it another try. Now they are head over heels in love with each other. It was such an honor to be a part of such a unique wedding and to document the love that they have for each other. I made sure to give Brian a big hug and kiss when I got home :)

Everything in this wedding was handmade. The flowers, the invitations, programs, centerpieces- everything. I was in heaven…
Instead of the traditional boutonniere, they had all of the groomsmen wear old keys wrapped in twine. When I saw these, I was totally in love!!
Aaron and Carly decided to do a First Look so that we could do most of the photos before the ceremony. They wanted to be able to enjoy their guests at the cocktail hour and I was thrilled! I always enjoy having this extra time to spend with the bride and groom. The photos aren’t rushed and they are able to really be in the moment.

The details at the reception were blowing me away. All of the time that Carly and her family put into to this day was pretty amazing! I was in love!!
The toast were so heartfelt and at times, hilarious.
